Content varies depending on the audience and your requirements but often includes learning about;
Awareness - Patterns - Personal space - Distraction - Behaviours - Mental focus - Avoidance
Gain an insight into verbal boundary enforcement, the right to say no, and the best way to ask for help and assistance. The Law in relation to self defence is also included.
There will be opportunity to join in with practical elements covering effective skills such as, Break-Aways, Hammer Fist and Power Slap. The Happening is a great team building event and a fantastic way to embed necessary life skills whilst at the same time letting off steam and releasing stress.
Mark will happily take individual personal questions after the event and offer sensible answers on specific matters of personal safety and self defence.
The Happening - £200 to £300
The Happening runs for up to 2 hours. A maximum of twenty attendees ensures that everyone has the opportunity to fully embed the important content.
